Two Great DIY Projects from Little Green Notebook and Apartment Therapy

These are both great projects that I've been wanting to try for a while.  The first is a very good tutorial on antiquing mirrors.  I have a space at Lost Antiques in Dallas where I sell furniture, mirrors, accessories and prints.  I'd love to be able to take the existing mirrors out and antique them before hanging them there.  The second is a great tutorial on silver or gold leafing furniture.  My teenager is ready for a bedroom redo, and loves the idea of a couple of silver nightstands.  It's the weekend, and I'm hoping to find the time to attempt one of these.
