eBay Shopping?
Do you make major purchases on eBay? I know "major" is subjective. Consider it to mean any amount that you personally would be upset to have be a total loss. I've had the unfortunate experience of having purchased a Friedman Brothers mirror on eBay that arrived much differently than was described or photographed. A significant portion of the gold leaf was actually gold paint. Not pretty.
Last night I was looking through fabrics on eBay, and found these four, among many, many others, that are gorgeous.
After my mirror experience, which actually happened a few years back, I've been hesitant to shop on eBay for anything terribly expensive. However, this rug below was absolutely perfect for
, so I held my breath and hoped for the best. It arrived exactly as pictured and described, THANK GOODNESS.
So, now that I've put my foot in the water again successfully, I might be willing to try it again. Ebay would be a great place to find fabric bargains. There needs to be an app where you input specific items, and then you're alerted when they're listed. If I've just thought of it, it probably already exists.
