This Markham Roberts home in Nantucket makes me smile. Its rooms are brimming with all-American charm and lots of blue and white : ).

This all American Colonial Revival home gorgeously sports our flag and was the perfect image to share for Memorial Day today on Instagram. This home and its interiors were featured in the September 2017 issue of House Beautiful. As the interiors by Janet Gridley are beautiful as well, I thought I'd share it here, too. 

Blue is a favorite year round, but I'm especially drawn to it during the summer.  It gets quite hot here in Dallas, and blue is always so refreshing.

I have a new (to me) house, and from the family room, breakfast room, and kitchen, the view from my new windows has improved drastically.
